The Straits View Residences is a semi-detached house with build up area 3000 sq ft, located at Permas jaya in johor bahru. A Message from owner “something simple but elegant” and yet it’s a place to relax, a place to enjoy weekend with family and friends. On this house, designer using different types of lights to create interest and flexibility of mood.

The design brief for Straits View Residences was to create a weekend house calls to mind the concept of bringing resort living into a big city for an overseas family with husband & wife and 3 children, they’re a mixed-races family with Indian & Malay. The main door opens into a graceful foyer with display some exclusive collection pieces by house owner, the foyer serve as a gateway to the grand living hall.
