2.Building Process
The main door opens into a graceful foyer with display some exclusive collection pieces by house owner, the foyer serve as a gateway to the grand living hall. Upon entering, an open living and dining hall were combining different kind of furniture and lights to create a warm mood or feel, yet to bring a room to life.
3.Completion
The design brief for Straits View Residences was to create a weekend house calls to mind the concept of bringing resort living into a big city for an overseas family with husband & wife and 3 children, they’re a mixed-races family with Indian & Malay.
Living Room
Practical and designed TV console with large storage capacity and display function. Layers and multi section component, refiness the visual and sizes of the cabinet : from side and front view.
Dry Kitchen
KEY DESIGN of the kitchen island , large scale finished in selected Rainforest Marble Slab ; cantilever design , as a functional dining table + breakfast counter , at the same time a useful worktop too.
Master Bedroom
Inspiration of Oriental Vintage Shanghai Night , Jade Green + Maroon Red + Dark Timber ; also matching Fengshui’s inquiry to this bedroom suite .
Toilet
Makeover a boring bathroom into a little expensive premium bathroom with selected marble basin and gold-touch faucets & accessory.
Kids Room
What is a boy’s fantasy dream ? Ocean can always fulfill their desires. Custom design of Dolphin Light panel with sunny beach wallpaper , Bluish theme create a underwater vibe , Relax and Fun.
Girl's Room
Bedtime’s story for a girl; A Pink Castle will be a wonderful idea for a little princess. Lovey + Sweet vibe for the girl’s room, make a happiness childhood and sweet dream every night.
Garden
Turf with ambient lighting, landscaping also can be a part of design and merge with the night.
Dining + Dry Kitchen & Wet Kitchen

Consistent color scheme and materials ; Concept design extended from dry kitchen to feature wall paneling ,and also the sliding door panel to complete the “zoning ideas” . Large scale sliding door panel , to divide dining and wet kitchen ; also transform an open concept kitchen idea when open and keep the sliding panel in the pocket.
