1.Layout
The Straits View Residences is a semi-detached house with buildup area 3000 sq. ft., located at Permas jaya in johor bahru.

2.Building Process
The main door opens into a graceful foyer with display some exclusive collection pieces by house owner, the foyer serve as a gateway to the grand living hall. Upon entering, an open living and dining hall were combining different kind of furniture and lights to create a warm mood or feel, yet to bring a room to life.
3.Completion
The design brief for Straits View Residences was to create a weekend house calls to mind the concept of bringing resort living into a big city for an overseas family with husband & wife and 3 children, they’re a mixed-races family with Indian & Malay.
Foyer
The dark brown and white themed design is not only a fashionable choice, but also a practical one as the dark brown cabinet masked foyer while maintaining a stylish appearance.
Living Area
Living area design used to connect elements such as art, spaces and lifestyles into any residences to produce a livable environment for the homeowner.
Kitchen
The pearly white wet kitchen is being accented by a character-rich kitchen counter that features a berry white granite add touch of luxury.
Master Bedroom
For the master suite, a special design headboard with a photo display area and the special made king size bed with lighting effects is the owner’s favourite area. Opposite the bed is a island type TV feature wall with console, and the study area just behind it. The flower-print design pocket-door leads us to the walk in wardrobe and master bathroom.
Outdoor Patio at the Backyard
A chic chandelier all the way hanging down from the double volume dining hall give a luxury ambiance; the reflection from the marvelous travertine marble and tinted mirror fixture wall enhance the elegance touches.
